TALK: Set up a time to meet with your area pastor, share your heart and refine your vision.
TRAIN: Complete the Volunteer Screening Process (begin with Next Steps) and Leadership training (Leadership 101)
PLAN YOUR FIRST YEAR: Work through your plan as you complete the leadership training process
LAUNCH: You can make it happen
