You’ve finished university, started your career, and are figuring out what it means to live out your faith in the workplace. This table is for those balancing ambition, purpose, and faith in this next chapter of life.
This table is for couples who want to navigate relationships with intentionality, learn from others, and build a Christ-centred future together.
Not sure what you believe? Have questions about God, the Bible, or Christianity? This table is a safe space to explore faith, ask big questions, and have real conversations. No pressure, just honest dialogue.
Sometimes you just need a space with other guys. This table is for young men who want to grow spiritually, build solid friendships, and talk about real life in an authentic setting.
A space for young women to connect, encourage each other, and dive into meaningful conversations about faith, purpose, and life.
Our mixed table gives young adults the chance to sit down together, guys and girls, and talk through what we’re learning as a whole community. It’s a space to hear different perspectives, build real friendships, and grow together, not apart.
For those currently in post-secondary, juggling school, faith, and friendships. Whether you’re commuting or living on campus, this table is a place to find support and community.

Retreats, socials and serving together happen all year. The calendar carries every date, and many young adults also join a group to go deeper.
