This Group is for Women who love digging into Scripture and want more than a surface-level study — especially those drawn to the stories of real, complex biblical women who navigated hard circumstances with courage and faith. If you’ve ever wondered where you fit in God’s bigger story, Ruth’s journey — and the women around her — might just show you.
Topic: Epic of Eden: Ruth by Dr. Sandra Richter
Set in the midst of one of the most corrupt eras of Israelite history, the book of Ruth is a story of 3 compelling characters. Dr. Richter makes these characters come alive: group members will be challenged as they see themselves in these characters, as they find themselves faced with many of the same questions and real challenges, such as how women in Scripture actively advance God’s redemption Plan, despite living in restrictive Patriarchal societies.
