About This Group.

A Support Group for Mixed Adults, led by John Peacock.

This session is not intended solely for individuals that have suffered trauma it’s sharing knowledge for all individuals to become more supportive for those who have suffered adversities.

Our early experiences can shape the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and respond to the world around us.

This session explores the potential lifelong impact of childhood adversity and how early experiences can influence emotions, behaviours, relationships, and coping strategies. Participants will gain insight into stress, triggers, resilience, and supportive relationships, while exploring practical tools for greater self-awareness and healthier responses.

Our Facilitator:

John Peacock has a background in health care and will share his personal story of childhood adversity, offering a lived-experience perspective on the ways early experiences can shape a person’s life and journey toward resilience.

John brings professional experience and personal perspective to create an opportunity for learning, reflection, and meaningful conversation.

The session is designed to encourage reflection and understanding, not to diagnose or label individuals.
