Do you enjoy the fresh air of the outdoors and want to get a little more active? Take a break from the everyday, lace up, and join us for an empowering mix of movement, fresh air, and connection as we explore scenic trails, boosting fitness, building friendships, and growing stronger inside and out. Let's get outside and make some memories as we hit moderate trails one step at a time. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable footwear. If weather conditions are expected to be unfavourable, group members will receive an email update by 3pm on the day of the hike, with any weather-related changes. Note: Please see attached waiver for your review. Copies will be provided to you for completion prior to participation.
