This group is for anyone that has lost a loved one and needs help to navigate the upcoming Christmas season. Specifically you will receive tips and support around: How to prepare for hard-hitting emotions • What to do about yearly traditions • Handling holiday social events • Managing uncomfortable, awkward interactions with well-meaning people.
