Each of the six sessions begins with a 30 minute workout, designed for all ages and fitness levels. The workout is followed by a video based teaching on the Daniel plan, group, discussion, and workbook activity. The Daniel plan is a lifestyle program based on biblical principles and five essential components: Food, Fitness, Focus, Faith and Friends. Faith and friendship with other women are the secret sauce that makes the Daniel plan so effective. If you are ready to embark on 40 days for a healthier life with other women, this is the group for you. Purchase of The Daniel Plan Workbook and cookbook is suggested but not required.
