Our Senior Exercise and Line Dance Group offers a fun and engaging way for older adults to stay active. These sessions combine gentle, low-impact exercises and stretching with easy-to-follow line dances, designed to improve balance, coordination, and flexibility. Regular movement and stretching help increase brain function, improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and support joint health, all while boosting energy levels and improving mood. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or trying something new, the supportive environment ensures that everyone feels comfortable and confident. Every year, women, girls and people with periods go without quality, accurate and safe menstrual health education. Without it, stigma, shame and taboos persist, often holding women and girls back from attending school and going to work.

Our group from around the community gathers monthly to cut, iron and sew menstrual hygiene kits to be distributed to girls and women around the world. Come join us!

No sewing skills required but serving heart is great. If you have sewing machine or serger, please do bring that along as well as sewing scissors, cutting mats and blades and rulers are helpful.

Friends and even your teenagers who are willing to work are welcome to join us. It is a night that is so great for the heart and soul as we create something to support others who do not have.

Freedom Session offers in-depth practical strategies to deal with real issues such as 

– feeling disconnected from God
– broken relationships 
– loneliness

– self sabotage
– codependency and rescuing

– various forms of addiction. 

Beneath these “symptoms” is most likely a wounded and empty heart, looking for hope and meaning.

As Jesus heals the heart, unhealthy and destructive ways previously used to escape the pain become less and less attractive. Shame loses its grip and the lies that once sought to destroy are replaced by God’s truth and the practical skills to live accordingly.  This is the pathway to true and lasting freedom!

FREEDOM SESSION is an intensive 10-month healing-discipleship support group of Central.

Many who complete Freedom Session consistently describe it as the most significant, practical growing experience in their Christian journey.

Each month we will meet for an evening of social time and food. While there is no formal program for the group evening, we will begin and end with prayer, have food and enjoy social time either in a backyard or at a local restaurant.

As busy Moms it’s hard for us to connect with other women of faith who understand what we are facing in motherhood. Together we will support, encourage and grow together as mothers while we learn to intentionally parent our children. Moms only. Led by Pastor Tammy Palumbo.

Christians who want to meet together to pray together for God’s Kingdom purposes and for His will to be carried out in the lives of His people, His church, and throughout the world. You are a person who can pray boldly and aloud for prayer requests that come from our Central Community Church family. Although this prayer time occurs strategically in an upstairs room while our 9am experience is going on, you still go to the worship experience at 11am.

The Pre-Marriage Course helps engaged couples or those exploring the possibility of marriage, build strong foundations for their future together, whether you’re exploring marriage for the first time or have been married before. The course is based on Christian principles but designed for all couples with or without a church background. You do not need to be getting married in a church to come on the course. For the weekend retreat, we’ll cover how to communicate well, understand and appreciate your differences, and prepare for potential challenges. In the last session, you’ll get to meet privately with a pastor to talk through a relationship strengthening survey. Registration price: $200 per couple
